Lower leakage means lower power dissipation and lower operating temperatures, which also results in a longer life. The Nichicon Brand is Chosen by many OEMs in the Industry as well for their small size and outstanding reliability. This line of capacitors has been Validation Tested by a large OEM for Performance and Reliability. At this price, these are a real bargain for this level of quality. You may have already discovered that other capacitors being sold on eBay are a crap shoot when it comes to quality. These passed all Validation Tests for use in harsh environments. Yes, they're not the cheapest capacitors around, but quality does cost more. This grade of capacitor normally sells for more than three times what I'm asking. Sorry, No Local Pick Ups!
